Refund policy
Your statutory cancellation right, and what happens if you withdraw once a programme has started.
Your 14-day cancellation right
Because you buy these programmes at a distance, UK consumer law gives you 14 days from the day we confirm your place to change your mind and cancel for a full refund, without giving a reason. This is the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, and it applies whatever else this policy says.
One thing to know: if you ask us to start delivering inside those 14 days and we do, you can still cancel, but we may keep a proportionate amount for what was delivered before you cancelled. If you would rather keep the full right intact, start after the 14 days.
After the 14 days
If we cancel
If we cancel a programme before it starts, or cannot deliver it after it has started, you get a full refund of anything not yet delivered — and we will tell you as early as we know, not on the day.
If something has gone wrong
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 our services must be performed with reasonable care and skill. If they have not been, you may be entitled to have the problem put right or to a price reduction. Email info@avirowork.com and describe what happened — this route exists whether or not the refund window has closed.
